Today´s recipe I found it online many years ago but the link doesn´t work anymore, so I can´t give credit to the creator, anyways, I changed it a bit to make it easier and healthier.
It works as side dish or entree, but I have to confess that I´ve had it as main. It´s delicious.
I´ve made it for some people and it has been a success, but sadly not among children…I guess all those ingredients on the quinoa look like too many stuff to try at the same time. But I won´t give up!
